I read a good chunk of Temeraire back in the day, but haven't touched it in ages; I also read the first volume of the superhero manga that she put out ("Will Supervillains Be On the Final?" or something), and I should really check if there's been more volumes since.

I thought it was a standalone! I read the short story it was expanded from, so I have an inkling of an idea of what it's like already, and if there's more on the way, well! Can't say I've been disappointed by Ms. Jemisin yet!
