It is kinda scary, actually! Not horror-level scary, but definitely creepy. A step or two up from Corpse Bride and The Nightmare Before Christmas in scariness, I'd say.

...Come to think of it, this movie would've looked really damn awesome in stop-motion animation. I mean, damn! Probably wouldn't have been finished for 9/9/09 if it were, though.
