A Pattern, Discovered
March and April (and possibly as far back as February) are when pollen attacks and I have no energy for anything extra, falling behind on even the most trivial of matters.
May is when I start being able to breathe again and start a million projects!!!
June is when it dawns on me just how much I have bitten off and the difficulty I will have in chewing all of it.
I was doing better this year, or at least trying to be more realistic, but then I got a bunch more hours dumped on me at work, and now here I am: Three projects (AnimeIowa, Queerly Beloved, Pod Together) and extra work.
Next year. Next year, I will have a better idea what's going on, having figured out some of it this year.
Now I go to set myself some reminders.
