On reduced sleep, I'd say that the Ladyblog started as a celebrity fan account rather than a journalistic account, which has a lot of the same pratfalls as a fiction fan account when it comes to dealing with real people. I'd also say that Alya might be more used to superheroes who are allowed to be open about their identities, and she may have been (consciously or not) pushing to get that sort of ...reform? across in Paris as well, with the advent of their own superheroes. "This is how the superhero capital of the world does it, we should do it that way, too!" It was only after she was given her own Miraculous that she started to understand there might be negative consequences for a superhero's identity getting out. (Not sure if or how much any given superhero's age would play into this.)
