Ahh that makes a lot of sense as an issue, yeah. Overriding my fullness cue has been a big problem for me throughout my life. I've only recently sort of stabilized that, mostly by having more small meals and snacky foods available throughout the day, but part of it was definitely hormonal changes as I aged and transitioned.
