Today was much better, thank goodness! I mean, the challah hamburger buns were a bit hit-or-miss for me today (some of those shapes were just... no), but other than that things went reasonably well. We also have a second dehumidifier now, though for extra irony points, we aren't allowed to turn it on until 11:00am tomorrow... the first of three days off I have 😂 Oh well, I don't have to deal with an extra humid kitchen tomorrow either way!
