(no subject)

Finally remembered something I meant to talk about in the last post ¦D I finally caught up on all the Furuba chapters I recently nabbed.

I'm current through chapter 117 at the moment, and all I can really say/think is Mooomiiiijiiiii ;_____; I didn't want it to end like that for you! I loved you! I still love you! I want you to have a happy ending and be optimistic for me!

...Wow, I finally know how it feels when other people tell me I'm not supposed to act sad. Freaky.

Anyway, that made me sad. The fact that sensei has finally nailed down a character for Tohru to return interest in made me sad. I should just go watch the anime and return to a state of happy, blissful denial.

Also, Tohru is now human. She has expressed human emotions. She is real. Well, more real, at any rate. ...I really don't know why this disappoints me.

I did like the thing with the Student Council Vice President and his girlfriend, though. (...All I can really remember about his name is Flying True Pot, or something like that. Fail.) Ahahaha, Yuki-kun, a crossdressing girl ♥

And hey, Rin and Haru are happy. Maybe I can live with this after all. Still wanna go back into denial :(

Gave in and warned my art teacher that I might be a little late on Thursday. And if I ever get all the charcoal off of me, it will be some sort of miracle.

Also was quite happy that I finished my French homework on time, and was continually praised for actually going out and taking the test--which apparently the other two people to miss it did not. One is a potential drop-ee, though, so I'm not sure about everything. Anyway, the rest of us can't get our results until they take it, nor can I take the oral section. How annoying. ...Also got some praise for mixed-up verb practice sheet I made :3 See, the teacher handed out verb practice sheets so we could get used to conjugating etre and stuff, and I was lazy and then still had trouble with nous vs. vous, so I went through and switched around the pronouns on PSP so there would be more recall involved instead of rote copying/order memorization. Showed the teacher a copy on Thursday and brought one in for her today, so we might be using it soon.

...Oh yeah, anyone know where I can find a translation for the French bits of Rufus Wainright's Rebel Prince? Willing to translate would also work, though I'd have to grab the song from home. I wanna know what it means, but five minutes on Google isn't helping me much :/

Edit: Oh yeah, gonna try and keep this Stalker Friending Meme up at the top here until Friday-ish. Just 'cuz I like the circulation. (Jevaaaa, look into it!!!)

*hand up*
Willing to translate. Have randomly translated songs for friends in the past.

*Googles (http://www.sing365.com/music/lyric.nsf/Rebel-Prince-lyrics-Rufus-Wainwright/B29B73491E48461348256B4C0029F965) pastes and translates*

"Ou est mon maitre le prince rebelle
Qui va fermer toutes ces fenetres
Ce sont ces fenetres autour de moi
Ce sont ces fenetres qui m'appellent,
Qui m'appellent.
"

"Where is my master the rebel prince
Who is going to close all these windows
These windows around me
These windows calling me
Calling me."

I think that's the paragraph you were wanting?

Pity about waiting for the rest of the french test though, although I'm sure you'll do good. ^_-

"And if I ever get all the charcoal off of me, it will be some sort of miracle."
But that's all the Magic of Charcoal! 8cD

"Ce sont ces fenetres autour de moi
Ce sont ces fenetres qui m'appellent,
"

Just as an extra note, the literal translation of this bit would probably be ...
"It is these windows surrounding me
It is these windows who are calling me,"
...but the it is sounds awkward to me in english. ^^;

I ♥ Momiji!!!

Yeah, from what I've read about where Furuba goes, I don't really like it. It's too soapy for me. I liked the craziness at the beginning better than the drama at the end. But I'm just not much of a Shoujo fan, and it didn't start out like one so I was tricked XD.
