Texas. Specifically, the part that hasn't seen snow in 20-odd years. (I say hasn't seen, when I mean real snow, the kind that actually stays on the ground for longer than it takes to melt.)
It would be horribly ironic, though. The last time it snowed, I was about the same age my niece currently is.

If the winter's going to be as bad as they say it is, we might get snow this year. I seriously doubt it, though.
