Paying for the next Pokemon game, system included, is officially no longer going to be a problem. Shit, I could even get a brand new 3DS XL and still have money to go to Icon as a vendor.

I need to get more dragons and griffins made up, stat.

I personally really love the gold one, and can take or leave the blue and red ones. I'll probably just get a 2DS, though, unless I get that job at Breads From Anna. Maybe even then. I'm also not too sure how I feel about a digital copy of the game as opposed to a physical copy. I'm leaning towards "No, thanks," but if there's a price cut I may have to give it some more thought...

Hah, I'm attached to my physical copies, largely because Star and I tend to share systems, so if one battery is dead and the other one is OK, we'll swap. That doesn't work with a digital copy.

Ooo, I didn't think of the battery thing! An excellent point. My only problem with physical copies is how I somehow magically lost my copy of Diamond with the special promotional Regigigas on it, and it seems like it's slightly harder to lose a digital copy, but even then I'm leaning towards a physical copy.

I'm set on that front - picked it up from my copy of Platinum to transfer to White 2 - but I do miss the game itself. Also, I was storing it in my Platinum box at the time, and my copy of Platinum was living in my Diamond box, which makes things a little confusing.
