Highlight of my day

Informing some of my classmates that I'd switched to cloth pads a few years back, then to the cup around April, and watching their expression as I attempted to explain how aforementioned cup works and (much more competently) how to get a free trial liner from Party In My Pants. Totally made my day.

Well, that and the teacher officially giving us an extension on our ginormous final project. That also made me happy. But mostly the period stuff.

Yay for the extension!

...also I've been clicking around the PIMP site and dithering because my brain is easily swayed by potential money-saving. But then it's like "but what if I do like them and I want to buy more, then I should just buy things and do the trial at the same time (if that's possible) and save on shipping! BUT BUT BUT-"

So much yay for the extension. I got much, much closer to finishing it competently than I would have otherwise.

Well, IIRC, they do free shipping for the trial liners on Earth Day. If you sign up for their mailing list they frequently do deals where you can get free shipping if you spend X amount as well, so that's two ways you could save on shipping. You can also find much cheaper cloth pads on Etsy. (The free trial liner is fun, because they ship it with a little piece of chocolate!)
