(no subject)

Wanted to get to more If You Feed a Stray stuff today (like actually writing and linking comment outlines, and/or linking the project itself to allthemiraculous, PRPR Party, and/or my ML side account on Tumblr), but work did not end early and I had crafting immediately after. And then it was time to get caught up on internet stuff (y hallo thar, Chloyano week, I notice you align almost perfectly with Celebrate Bisexuality Week), and in very short order it will be time for me to sleep so I can go to work relatively rested tomorrow.

Hopefully tomorrow I will get to some of the above, and then on Friday my pod_together story goes public. I remain Slightly Nervous about it, because I usually write lighthearted fluff, and even when I don't it's usually both tropetastic and shippy as hell, and this one... isn't, really? There's a couple shippy moments, but it's generally more intense, and it gets kinda weeeeird in one or two places. Really, I think the major departure from my usual stuff is that I go into High Octane Speculation in this, when I usually stick closer to things that could reasonably be supported by canon or that canon isn't likely to actively contradict anytime soon. Possibly some other things? IDK, more thought required.

Anyway, I'm not too worried about how it'll do for my own sake; I'm more worried for the sake of my partners for the project. We all worked hard, and I don't want them to be disappointed by the outcome!

...Perhaps this is something I should bring up with them. (But probably not until it's a more reasonable hour than 3am where the one of them is.)
