Sockets and fandom

Went to the oral surgeon's again today, got my socket re-filled. If it de-fills again before Sunday, I think I may hit something. Possibly my head, likely with a wall. And if that doesn't work, I guess I'll probably just switch to painkillers for a few days, because disturbing the closing socket is probably not going to help it heal any faster. 'Specially since it's (reportedly) so small in the first place.

I've decided I'm going to aim to get the next chapter of Communications done for Lurker Day, which is creeping closer and closer on the calendar. I'm also tempted to do something with it at CFUD, but I've no notion of what. Maybe I could force Sonoko to literally lurk around Camp for the day or something. (The poll is still up for anyone who wants to influence what else I do, by the way.)

Somewhat stalled on the dc_yaoi second anniversary story; hopefully I'll be able to kick myself into gear before the comm turns three. Also want to get to work on the light novel version of Tentacular. I've finally got an angle of approach that I like for it, so it would be good to do something with it. Or at least celebrate its first anniversary, since I'm sure it's coming up soon.

And now the siren call of CFUD beckons. I'm off to bemoan Sonoko's sad fate of having not gotten a virtual gift of any value.

Oh Lord...I need to get something planned out for Lurker Day as well :S I've been so wrapped up in getting ready for the new job that I haven't been able to even think about it D: *faaaails*

OF COURSE! THE LURKING VIRUS! She's been spontaneously turned into my pet rat Ford and then complained about it here, but I don't know if that counts? Oh, and she also had to speak like the Swedish Chef from The Muppets upon drinking some of Watari's (attempted-genderswitch-potion) lemonade.

Makes sense to me :3 And you know I'll be ready to beta for you as soon as you get it done ♥ I think I may skip on that, actually; I don't know that there's a lot I could do with that, and I'm kinda secretly hoping to make Sonoko's first bodyswitch with Bulma. NO ONE WOULD BE ABLE TO TELL THE DIFFERENCE 8D
