...Why is everything funny today? Things should not be this hilarious, and yet I find myself cracking up every fifteen minutes or so. Is there laughing gas in the air here...?

On the other hand, when one consideres such things as whether or not Robin carries contraceptives in his utility belt, maybe it's not so unusual after all.
