Unpopular Opinion
Oct. 15th, 2008 11:31 amSo apparently updating my LJ in a timely fashion is no longer important to me or something? IDK, it just happened.
Anyhow, Unpopular Opinion Time! ( Firefly )
And Unpopular Opinion done! Yay!
And now I've got a psychiatrist appointment; you guys can start shunning me when I get back, I guess.
Edit: So, giving it another try, it seems. Jaynestown has been given 100% approval as the episode to see.
Socchan: *wanders into the living room and starts poking through the Firefly DVDs* So, the internet has decided that I should give Firefly another chance. Except, like. Later. In the series.
Pat: Yeah, the first two or three episodes didn't really do anything for me either. And then I missed half an episode and came back and was all, What the hell is this series? This is awesome!
Socchan: Oh? Well, that's good to hear. Anyhow, they say I should watch Jaynestown.
Pat: Jaynestown? That's a ridiculous episode.
Socchan: Really? *finds correct DVD case*
Pat: Really, absolutely ridiculous.
Socchan: *reads episode summary* ...Wait. Is this the one that the song's from?
Pat: Yes.
Socchan: I may have to give this more thought.
Pat: You didn't like the song?
Socchan: No, I just have to think about it more. New variables to contemplate and all that.
Pat: Well, whatever.
On a completely different topic (but still quite probably some sort of Unpopular Opinion), I need to catch up on Naruto so I can write that wrongderful Karen/Suigetsu PWP my brain has been feeding me lines of all day. Or possibly not write it, depending on what's been happening in the series since last I read. Either way, really, as long as it leaves me alone.
