Stress

Absolutely nightmarish bus ride this morning. I'll be talking to someone about it this afternoon (likely the safety director and/or my potentially permanent associate herself), because I don't think I can continue driving safely like this. Much though I hate to say it, the language/cultural barrier is an issue, and I don't think I have the energy to learn Thai at the moment, even if I can find a free computer program (or similar) for it.

Planny plans of the plannish variety

Managed to work things out this afternoon with our safety director; I'll probably be getting someone new come Thursday-ish. I've got tomorrow off, so I plan to sleep in like a thing that sleeps in when sleeping is in. ...Yeah, okay, I've got nothing. Anyway, it's a load off my mind.

Again, tomorrow I have no work, yay! In addition to catching up on sleep (bad socchan, staying up to read fics when you know you need to get up early in the morning!), I'm planning to do my laundry and also potentially volunteer for the local library's teen-oriented Anime and Manga Festival thing. I have permission from the AI execs to bring registration forms and speak on its behalf, should I get the go from the project coordinator. I really should've gotten around to e-mailing him before now, orz. And, yanno, even if not, I'm still willing to help out. For a good cause, and all that ;)

As candy__chan mentioned, Lurker Day is once again looming (lurking?) on the horizon! I'm currently working on both the next installment of Communications and of Holiday Spirits, in hopes of finishing at least the former on time for the event. And who knows what else, really, I haven't given it a lot of thought beyond that. Well, except the fandom I'm horribly in denial about following even vaguely, especially almost anywhere online. Go, go, denial powers! Whoosh! When at least one of those is finished completely, I think I'll probably get to work on Small Things (locked), w-which I haven't worked on legitimately in a loooooong time ._.a I still like the idea, though, and want to finish it someday, so that's why it's on the list after my current projects.

Think that's about it for now. I'm guessing my random babbling in this entry is a sign that I should get started on Project Beauty Sleep sometime within the next fifteen minutes, if at all possible. Which is probably a good idea regardless, 'specially with Spring Forward coming up soon and all. Anyhow, sleeeeeeep...

Oh yeah, and happy Mardi Gras to those who celebrate! Fasting and no meat tomorrow :O My plan for Lent is to increase my productivity, but don't tell me or I might jinx it.
