Best laid plans of rats and women
Feb. 14th, 2014 10:25 pmRemind me to splurge on cheap candy before and/or after work tomorrow, yeah? Because chocolate. That I don't have to make.
I also need to share some pictures of things that I've crocheted. Like Yoshi (with bonus picture of adorable baby in close vicinity of Yoshi). And a long-necked dinosaur (possibly with bonus picture of adorable two-year-old clutching it 'round the neck like a greyhound collar). And the Navi cat toy I finally completed (and got some video of cats playing with!).
Talking about that trans* magical girl comic I'm vaguely planning would probably also be good sometime. There's definitely plot and design stuff I'm still debating, but also more specific trans* related stuff. I do know that she's already transitioned and her parents are supportive of her, but I'm wondering how to communicate in the story that she's trans* and whether or not the whole magical girl transformation will have a physical aspect to it, and what sort of psychological impact it might have for her. Plus, you know, names and stuff, but that's kinda part of the design aspect.
Anyway, I did say work tomorrow, which means sleep now. Therefore: sleep! This is a good plan.
