Pathetic Anger Cookies

There were two "big" jobs I had the possibility of doing today at the bakery.
One was to mix, scoop, and bake coconut macaroons. The mixing involved a pre-made mix and some boiled water and the second largest mixing bowl we had (40qt). The process itself is exceedingly simple, but because I needed to scoop the cookies extra small (size 70 scoop, which is about a tablespoon I think? About the size of a hazelnut/filbert in practice) it would take extra long. That is, about three hours and forty-five minutes. Anyone at the bakery could do this job, including one or more of our student interns, and the cookies are due at the end of the month. Needless to say, this job is also very tedious, especially for only one person.
The second was to mold the dragon Toothless from How to Train Your Dragon out of fondant. I was told to take no more than an hour and a half at most for cost reasons. This is a very specialized job, and not everyone at the bakery can do it; I was, in fact, specifically selected for this job. It is due in eight days. It is creative and involves complex thinking about spatial relations, as well as translating two-dimensional images (albeit animated in three dimensions) into three dimensional space.
Guess which job I had to stay two hours late today to do/finish? No, really, guess.

There's more to it than that, but I'm already bordering on an anxiety attack just thinking about the details, so I'm going to leave it here for now. I only hope my boss doesn't try to punish me by taking me off the Toothless sculpture.
