So today was/still is the first official, non-early due date for ![[community profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/community.png)
pod_together written fics. When I went to bed last night, I had one at a point where I thought it was more-or-less finished, and another that's about half done, maybe a little less. I had planned to post the first and celebrate my victory of not needing an extension for both of them, and then doing my best to at least get the next scene started on the second.
Instead, my partner for the first contacted me with editing suggestions for the first.
They absolutely made the fic better and were 100% useful, and I do not regret them at all; I'm just left wishing there were more hours in a day, or that I had slightly more brain power to get back to work on the second fic :P
...I also did a teensy bit of work on Metamour or Less over the weekend, just to give my brain a tiny break from the other two fics. My sensitivity reader has gone over the whole thing and given the polyam parts vy seal of approval/acceptance, so I just need to do a teensy bit of fine tuning before I post it.
Except if I do, I'll want to spend time answering comments instead of working on Fic Two. And I'll inevitably go over my self-imposed "It's not playing hooky on my Pod Together fics if it's less than an hour of work!" clause. *forlorn sigh*
