Anyone have any tips for a mentally ill, neurodivergent INFJ in dealing with a presumed neurotypical ESTJ boss?
Failing anything like that specific (I'm not holding my breath), advice on navigating the NF vs ST divide, especially from a subordinate's perspective, would be great.
(Why yes, it would be amazing if the person in charge were the one to look into this instead of the person they're in charge of! That's not going to happen, though. See: Presumed ST.)
(For reference: Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator, INFJ, ESTJ. My boss doesn't actually remember her MBTI letters, so this is going mostly off of guesswork on my part. I'm reasonably confident about the ST part, though.)
