holiday_wishes! It's got some things that cost money, and some things that take time, and a few things that don't cost money and take hardly any time at all; I think it's a reasonably well-rounded list.
One of the things I'm looking for is rice cooker recipes, which may be complicated by the fact that I have an old-fashioned automatic rice cooker, the kind that works by magnets instead of on an actual timer. Not that this is going to stop me from looking up rice cooker recipes on my own, it's just good to know that extra info going in.
I'm honestly pretty sure I'm going into a general "read lots of recipes and some cookbooks" period, so I should probably be prepared to be hungry.
