Sep. 5th, 2021 01:28 amI really need to look up the differences between cluster headaches and migraines again, because I don't think I remember the headaches of my younger years lasting quite so long or involving a sort of "hangover" period afterwards... Pain seems about the same, though maybe a bit less? I remember having a really graphic comparison when I was getting them in grade school, and I don't think this most recent one has reached quite that level of pain, but it could just be because I had less experience with pain when I was a youngster.
It might also be helpful for me to start keeping some sort of pain diary, track my symptoms and experiences and so forth. I'm about 90% sure this most recent hell headache was caused by prolonged overstimulation (yet another reason to find a new job), but keeping more detailed observations certainly can't hurt.
On a completely different note, anyone know how worried I should be about magnets and modern technology these days? I mean, I'm pretty sure keeping them away from credit cards is still important, but I'm also fairly sure that LCD screens at least aren't as sensitive to magnets as the previous type, and I've got no idea when it comes to the actual computational guts. I bring this up only because my FunKey S seems to have a magnet built into it and also remember a time when Magnets Plus Electronics Equals No.
