Curiosity, learning, books and complaint
Nov. 19th, 2007 09:45 pmOut of obscure curiosity (and because Overcompensating reminded me of it today), does Kakashi shave? If he doesn't, does this mean he has a beard underneath, or is there some jutsu he uses that keeps his face whisker-free? If he does shave, when does he do this? You'd think it'd be an easier way to catch him with his mask off than trying to make him eat in front of you.
New goal: learn Esperanto by Zamenhof Day(/Esperanto Literature Day) this year. Hopefully I'll be able to manage at least half the grammar and prefixes/affixes by then, if not all the vocabulary.
Managed to find copies of Door Into Fire and Door Into Shadow at a local used book store today, which makes me very happy \o/ I'd lost my earlier copy of Door Into Fire before I'd had a chance to read it, so I am quite glad to have found a new copy.
IT IS TOO HOT IN TEXAS, GUYS. And this is not just 'cuz I'm an Iowan who is used to the temp being significantly under sixty degrees this time of year, though I imagine that has made some contribution. No, I say this because being too warm is usually a bad thing for me in the way that it makes just about every negative mood or hormonal function I go through about 10% worse. Which is to say, Hello again, cramps! I appreciate you coming back for a second round so much, really! Sleep is also hell. Toooo waaaaaarm, cannot get comfortable DDD: SOMEONE FIX IT.
In other news: I need to get off my butt and call people already. *hates on the phone*
Edit: Leaving sometime between 8:00 and 9:00 AM tomorrow! So going to bed now in hopes of getting even a little sleep. Ta!
