Okay, could someone who wants all of this snow do me a favor and come pick it up? It's blanketing southeast Iowa at the moment, and I'd rather it wasn't.

Which is to say, I just made my first call to AAA today! They were very nice and friendly, despite their stupid phone tree thing that prevented me from talking with an actual person for at least three steps. My car was removed from the bush it had become stuck in with little fuss (though I did have to wait a while), and it was an over all pleasant experience. ...Aside from the initial bushwhacking, that is. (For the record, the car still works, I'm fine, and the house owner was not particularly concerned about the shrub. Yay!)

Other than that, my first day of housecleaning went swimmingly! 8DDb Aside from not getting a chance to cry from stress over the innabushing yet. Need to express emotions in healthy way plz.

On a completely different note, HOLY CHEESENIPS GUYS, THE NEW CHAPTER OF MIRACLE DIETER MIYUKI IS OUT! I. I kinda want someone to app Yukimi for CFUD, kinda really badly. Guys guys, it's a chubby magical girl! Hell, it's a chubby main character! And, okay, she does kinda "slim up" upon transforming, but she still exists and promotes healthy eating and I just find it kinda really cool, okay? Also, someone tell me that there is a kind group scanlating the source manga, Sakende Yaruze [Shout Out Loud]. B-because I kinda wanna see the context the idea was originally introduced in.

I should go work on my essay now.

RE: Shout Out Loud! Yes, there is, actually! I downloaded it from free_manga back before my hard drive crash. It's a pretty cute little series. It's about this young voice actor whose son comes to live with him after his mother dies. The voice actor mostly does yaoi and shounen-ai stuff, which freaks the son out. Also pretty much all of his co-workers are gay for him. And then the son goes gay for this hockey player.

...It actually has nothing to do with the chubby magical girl. Except that I think the father is her voice actor.
