soc_puppetThere is a high-pitched, persistent noise of some sort coming from outside, possibly machinery related, and I do not like it.
Edit: It seems to have stopped for the moment, possibly due to the fact that I acknowledged its existence in writing. Still, I will have to take steps to ensure I am prepared in the even that it returns.
