Goals for Monday

1) Call local tourist info board, find out where wheelchairs are available for rent
2) Drop off ear/hijab savers
3) Grocery shopping! Buy more juice, and also strawberries
4) Make chocolate strawberries for neighbor who plowed our driveway for us

That seems like a reasonable to-do list.

What is an ear saver?

Ear and hijab savers: They're basically just a strip of ribbon or other cloth with buttons at either end; when you wear a face mask with ear loops, you pull the ear loops around the buttons instead of your ears. If ear loops hurt your ears, an ear saver will "save" them from hurting; if you're wearing a hijab or similar, the same item will allow you to wear a face mask without having to fiddle with it and possibly make it less secure in public. You can also use them to help your masks fit better if the ear loops are too long.
