Good that you could get the time off you needed, hope you feel better soon!
I also struggle with managing my time out of work since I've become a lot more conscious that no matter how much spending time with loved ones is important to me, I also need a decent chunk of time just to myself or I start feeling unwell. Good luck figuring out the balance, and perhaps shorter shows or a slower watching schedule :D
