Happy Birthday To Me!

soc_puppetA nice, quiet, low-key birthday for me this year. My parents and I went out to lunch at Village Inn with a family friend who shares my birthday; after this, all four of us came back to my parents' house (where I also live), and the three of them played Scrabble in the kitchen while I played video games and cuddled with the dog in the living room. (They invited me to play Scrabble as well, but I don't do well with most board games.)
My parents gifted me a DVD I wanted and two books; I'd previously gotten the new Pokémon game from my brother, which I spent some time playing today. I also got a nice nap in during the afternoon.
All in all, a pretty nice birthday, I think.
