200g pumpkin puree
1/4 tsp salt
For the shell, and then red bean paste as required for the filling. We used two #100 scoops for the shell, one for each side, and then half a #100 scoop of red bean paste for the filling. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (or dip in them if you like sesame), fry briefly, and boom! Delish.
Definitely possible to make into bigger "pancakes" that require more filling, as well. I'm personally hoping that there will be some leftovers that I can give a good home to 😉
