Bishonen and Big Plans

Okay, so I know these two bishonen. Their names are Trevor and Chris. Trevor is caucasian, is fit, and has long blond hair. Chris is Asian, is very fit, and has long black hair. Trevor, as far as I am aware, is straight. Chris is bi. Trevor's a year younger than I am, Chris is a year older than I am. (I call Chris 'Senpai' because of this, and because I know too many other people with the same name.) Two attractive, young bishonen.
Started reading FMA sometime last year. Shortly after our final concert, I began to threaten to make Trevor cosplay as Ed. Seriously, they look that much alike! (For this reason, the pictures of Trevor with the completed braid are subtitled "Edward Elric: Not just for anime anymore".) I daydreamed of making Chris and Trevor cosplay** as Roy and Ed respectively at an anime con (probably Anime Iowa) while I dragged them around with a sign reading "Will slash for cash".
Unfortunately, Trevor is too tall.
About five-foot-eleven, to be exact.
That's an inch and a half taller than I am.
(People don't generally notice because he *acts* short.
Or at least shorter than Chris.)
Even that wouldn't have been a big problem for me if it weren't for the fact that Chris is short.
About five-foot-six or five-foot-seven.
Which would mean that Ed would be taller than Roy.
Which not only defies canon, it sneaks out in the middle of the night to go watch pr0n flicks.
Socchan: T-T No! My perfect plan, shot to pieces!
I've since (mostly) gotten over it. My current plan is either Roy/Havoc (which will make a smaller fanbase incredibly happy) or Setsuna and Minako from Sailor Moon (which I admit a huge weakness for (in addition to my weakness for crossdressing)).
**This does not mean I would be cutting hair. It means I would be finding short-haired wigs of the appropriate color. So you can put the knife down now, Pat.

Braiding 1: Trevor getting his hair braided by Pat. I was compelled to capture the expression.
Braiding 2: Trevor still getting his hair braided by Pat, but much more complacent.
Braid Complete 1 and 2: Trevor with his hair braided; bigger smile in the second picture.
Hair Tie: Scan of the hair tie that I made him wear. Highly influenced by the art here. Notably, the _second_ time I was fooled into thinking a part of fanon was actually a part of canon. *eyes Sir Stinky* Made a whole bunch of these with cloth left over from my Kid plushie's necktie. Gave all but the last one away. Last one mine. No takey! (But if people ask really nice, I might be persuaded to make more and send them out.)
Group Shot 1, with and without names: The only picture that I'm in, and it's a lousy picture of me, too. Second one is labeled with RL names and LJ user names where applicable (except for me, because I assume you already know that (<---tends to assume a lot)).

That you, Trevor?: First thing Chris asked when Pat covered his eyes.
Trevor: >_> No...: In which I make it obvious that the person covering Chris's eyes is not Trevor.

Closing thought: Dairy Queen ice cream is like courregated cardboard. It has its place, but I wouldn't want to eat it.
