Points off for that joke, "I'm schizophrenic--and so am I." That's Multiple Personality Disorder/Dissociative Identity Disorder. Unless it's a picture of a stick person saying "I'm schizophrenic," and a thought bubble saying "And so am I." Then it might work. Otherwise, no.
