Our toilet just overflowed and flooded the bathroom. It would have been less flooded, had Roommate Who Is Here known of the magical Knob That Stops Water To Toilet, and if I had even remembered its existence. The water has been stopped, and about half of it has been bailed into the bathtub with the assistance of our bath towels. Said bath towels are now more-or-less carpeting the floor while I regain my sanity and possibly stuff maybe dries a little.
Also, when RWIH called the landlord to let her know there was a toilet problem and ask for assistance (we got her answering machine - as we do a good 99% of the time), she described this as a "slight toilet problem".
I still have not gotten more than an hour or two of sleep since I woke up on Sunday morning, and am now quite tired. Had I just turned out the lights and gone to sleep half an hour ago, as I had contemplated, I have no idea what would have happened to the apartment. Most likely, RWIH's knocks would have woken me up, though I may have given into the temptation to throw something at the door, leaving the apartment to flood, and our neighbors below us quite possibly to be dripped upon (which I still haven't checked if they have been yet, and RWIH wasn't interested in doing, and Roommate Who Is Not Here is not here, and I am fucking tired).
There were also Unexpected Route Changes and Bad Information this afternoon, but that was, as compared, less stressful. Even when I had to implement the changes on the fly, rather than tomorrow, as dispatch had told me I would be doing.
So. Anyone have an internet hug, a dorky MSPaint drawing, or a macro they'd be willing to share for cheer-up purposes? 'Cuz it sure beats breaking down in tears. (Bonus points for rat macros ._.b)
