Pocky as a metaphor

Socchan: *is eating pocky* *Finds several sticks broken* ;_;
Socchan: ...Suddenly I have the bizarre urge to make bad 'life is' comparisons.

Life is like a box of pocky. Sometimes the sticks are broken before you open it. or, uh, something.

I also have the sudden urge to photoshop a box of 'Soylent Green' flavor pocky. And possibly turn it into an icon. Do you know, is Soylent Green actually green? And what does it look like? Perhaps I should simply do a google image search myself instead of making you do all my work for me. ...I'll think on it.
