Yeah, so. Went looking for tengu images in hopes of visual aid for Yo Kaitou. Found more than a few, including an image of a tengu hatching :3 Of course, looking for reference pics has always been one of my prefered research methods, ever since I went looking for goldfish images. I ended up finding a few interesting web sites along the way ^_^

Tengu information at the Portal of Transformation: Female tengu are rarely mentioned, and are sometimes thought to look so different from the males that the two could easily be mistaken for entirely separate species.
Socchan: Wait wait wait. What?

Socchan: O_O Holy crap. I thought there weren't any legends with female tengu in them! Gimme gimme gimme! *digs through website*

Later ran into this site. Cute place. Has its own comic. Not many strips, but what it has is darn cute. (Was charmed by this one especially.) Also has a lot of info on youkai that you don't generally hear about elsewhere. One that I found particularly interesting was this.

Socchan: Holy crap, it's Sakura! Finally!
Brain: The name's wrong. And we have no idea whether she actually smells like roses.
Socchan: Bite me. You're the one who egged me on for the YonKyuu AU and the Tengu!Uchiha theory, you can suspend your disbelief over Sakura. Anyway, the "Badass after hair cut" thing is on our side, so :P
Brain: Fine, have it your way.

Anyway, nice site. Good to learn new things and all that.
