Snow and to-do list
Feb. 13th, 2007 08:45 pmH'o-kay, total of fifteen minutes left on the computer today ¦D Of... about two hours. Which is not a lot, for me.
Long story short, it snowed a lot and school was canceled. Whoo, yay, etc. It was going for over eighteen hours there; I was half expecting it to carry through the night and for us to end up with one of the Fabled Double Snow Days. It didn't, in the end (unless it started up again while I was in the library).
On the agenda for today:
* Make chocolate, dammit
* Finish Tentacular thing for
takoyaoi_love Valentine's Day competition
Currently the latter has priority, as I wanna make it in time for this holiday >: Even if the comic itself ends up being not cleaned and stuff, I still want at least the rough drawings/layout and the storyline done. I need to work more on that universe, you know?
On the agenda for tomorrow:
* Psychologist appt. at 10:15 (>_O Wrrrryyyy did I agree to that time?)
* Hopefully finish Ros/Tayu drawing for Tayuya's birthday at CFUD
* ...Possibly do Katamari-type snowball, thereby shoveling the driveway
The last of those is the least likely, but would be way up there on the 'coolness' scale :Db
And then, far as I know, I'm pretty free until Saturday (appt with Life Counselor at 10:00-ish?, going with friends to AI staff thing to sell souls at 1:00, hanging out after), which I am pretty much looking forward to. Part of me is still debating the wisdom of signing up to do registration and basically sit behind a desk for the entire con (when we don't have other people to cover), especially since I'll be psuedo-sponsoring at least one person who has never been to a con before. (Speaking of, Candy? Have you signed up for A-Cen yet? Do we have any concrete plans? So on and so forth?)
In closing, I am very sad that, before today, I did not know that the volumes were available for download at Knightus' site. 'Cuz yeah. I'd've started work on that a lot sooner if I had.
Anyway, maybe more tomorrow, who knows.
