Grumble grumble grumble...
Jul. 18th, 2008 04:56 pmGOSH DARNIT NICKELODEON, THAT'S NOT PROPER MATH! I mean, I can totally get why you did it, but you also caused me to MISS AN EPISODE THAT I COULD'VE WATCHED. Now both my brother and I will have to make due with a pirated version until you either re-run the episode or release the DVD. And my brother is working with NASA right now, so. I am Not Amused.
At least MU cooperated to the point of allowing me to download at something like 1MB/sec on a free account. Not that this excuses poor planning...
Speaking of poor planning, for various reasons I have a number of extra yards of blue cloth that I'm still deciding what to do with. I'm currently thinking Sky Police uniform, but am keeping my mind open to other options.
Finally, I find I am once again in need of practice saying No. So, if you would like, reply to this post with a perfectly reasonable request, and I will turn you down. And then, some time in the future, it will get easier. I hope.
Edit: Things I find ironic tonight:
1) The general theme of episode 3x16 of Avatar;
2) The tendency of cable to cut out on me randomly during the re-run of said episode, preventing me from getting a complete taped copy.
Things that add insult to injury:
* The fact that my cable connection had not fixed itself on time for the airing of the new episode.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go be grumpy over there. *grumps off*
