* Just got hold of the A:tLA series artbook. Long story short, my world is rocked. I mean, I had to put it down after two-and-a-half hours because I was wearing my eyes out, but still! Well worth the ~$35 USD they're charging, IMO. I am blown away by gorgeous and detail and epic.
* Voted today :3b Here's hoping Iowa gets removed from the list of states that have yet to send a woman to congress come November (s-sigh). In fact, if we can eliminate all the states on that list come November, I will. Do something I don't normally do, that's for sure.
* Visited Half Price Books today \o\ Rescued yet another copy of Swordspoint, which makes it the third in my possession, the second hardcover, and the second "rescued". (The previous rescue was a hardcover from the library discard shelf; this one was on the clearance shelf.) You'd think I'd end up reading the entire book eventually, all these things considered, but it has yet to happen. I guess that's what summer's for, though?
* Speaking of things summer is for, SCHOOL IS OUT, WOO! Time to fuck up my sleep schedule, so I have to forcibly re-set it in August/September ¦Db
* Blood donation appointment on Thursday PM. Given my sudden moodswing this evening, however, I am suddenly worried that I won't make iron count =_=
* Between Other Roommate J's habit of leaving her open bag of Hershey's Bliss on the (easily hopped-to) table in the living room, and my rat Ash's inquisitive (and thieving) nature, a bit of a problem is beginning to develop around here. With my roommate's insistence on moving the bag Exactly Where It Was whenever I move it out of rattie reach, and four other energetic rodents to look after, I'm finding myself simply grateful that rats aren't horribly allergic to chocolate. Although Ash may be developing an addiction >_>
ALDFJSDLJDF how did he find another chocolate while my back was turned! I swear if he got one of the consolation chunks I gave the other boys, ooooo....
That's it, he's going to bed early.
