Creative process

* Anyone else having trouble viewing AO3 in the standard site scheme? It looks like the formatting just decided to up and quit on my computer. It looks more familiar if I switch to the blurb-dropping site skin, but then I lose the blurbs, and I like those. Restarted my computer and it's back to normal, yay!

* Realized recently that I can't seem to write from Stiles' POV, and that Derek's is much more natural to me. I can't decide if this makes sense to me or not, except that, for all that I have a lot in common with Stiles, I'm pretty sure that Derek's always been my favorite.

Sadly, this may mean me abandoning a lot of my fic ideas, because pretty much all I have ideas for are from Stiles' POV. Even the ones I can adapt for Derek's POV lose a lot of the things I wanted to write the fics for in the first place. This royally bites. ...Anyone wanna adopt a fic? I promise, I have good ideas!

(Maybe I'll just wait until the next fandom auction and pelt money and a list of fic ideas at various authors until one of them sticks.)

* I have a bunch of paper lanterns, some cheap acrylic paint, and one-and-a-half weeks until AnimeIowa. Let's do this!

Current painting plans:
- Phoenix
- Dragon
- Flowers (on both purple and white lanterns)
- Tiger face (on an orange lantern)
- Chinese zodiac
- European zodiac
- ???? (Suggestions welcome)

Suggestions also welcome for what to paint on the three aluminum standard-size 3DS cases I picked up for that purpose. One is red, the other two are purple. They are all shiny and metalic and need something painted on them so I can sell them and make a profit.
