There's a joke somewhere that connects: A) The Biblical concept of rainbows as a reminder of God's promise never to flood the world again; B) The mass societal rejection of anything with rainbows as soon as queer folks started using them; and C) The rising sea level due to climate change. Maybe someday I'll even have my thoughts in order enough to make it properly.
