I need an excuse for Heiji to actually be part of the action. I mean yeah, he can find out and stuff, but it all seems sorta useless if I can't think of anything for him to bring to the team. Best I've got at the moment is him dragging Hakuba in, and Hakuba would have access to higher security clearence in the police records if nothing else. That still leaves me at a loss for what Heiji should do. I don't like the idea of him being there just as a connection to Hakuba. How can Heiji help the investigation? Or should he just play something like a confident to our stalwart heros? And even that feels a little useless if he can't get a Eureka moment out of it or something. Or maybe I could just have him not figure it out until Kaito-tachi give him the right clues on a silver platter and wrap up Black Org issues that way. I dunno.

So yeah. Suggestions plz?

On a related note, I think I may have cleared up my Ai issues. I was really annoyed because all the inspiration I've been getting recently is for Ai, but I didn't exactly want to have two chapters about her in a row. Then I figured I could resolve this by turning it into a Miyano siblings mini-arc or something, and that fixes things up nicely.

Anyway, help with the first issue would be useful, because from there I want to be able to figure out timing for things. Need chronology, stat!

Still looking for DC/MK fic recs. Thanks in advance!

Edit: Dream/divination symbols for Kaito-tachi and the story of Communications in general might also be helpful. If nothing else it would help me narrow down some options regarding clairvoyance.

Edit 2: I swear, when this is all over, I'm writing Communications Remix.

As a matter of fact, no. And I see she also has one of askerian's icons, and I'm not sure that it's up for grabs, and another CFUD audience member's.

I'm not particularly worried about other people sneaking off with just about any of my icons (though credit is nice), but the other people I don't neccessarily know about. I may have to look into this.
