A few observations

Sushi is surprisingly easy to erase with.

The new fish-and-chips joint downtown is half Japanese. Seriously. It has traditional fish-and-chips dishes and vegetarian sushi. And several -don dishes (Oyako-don, Katsu-don and Unagi-don), all of which I must try. On that note, cuttlefish is surprisingly tasty. (Sorry, as-yet-unnamed Talking Animal Companion of MGI!)

If I had assistants, like actual manga-ka do, I would make them draw crowd scenes, scenery, and cityscapes. Because it is really hard to do and takes up too much time D:

You have a new place that serves katsu-don? I'm jealous! That's my favorite Japanese food, next to unagi sushi.

Yup ^_^ I haven't actually tried it yet--went there this Friday, which meant it had to be fish ^^; Want to try it soon, though.
