Drive-by update, whee!

soc_puppetDrive-by in that I'm on my way to answering the requests in the pr0n meme, that is. (Still open, for anyone who missed it. And why did I just admit that?)
Finished watching Law of Ueki today. Need to add that series to my user info... God is officially awesome in it. If I see any LoU cosplayer at my next convention, he or she will be glomped. God cosplayers will be asked to have their picture taken with me.
Speaking of cosplay, am thinking of being a CFUD Audience member for my next convention :D Costume would basically consist of a CFUD T-shirt and jeans ^^a (I want my own official T-shirt, but, as I do not yet have either a credit card or income, I may have to make my own. Still deciding what it might say if I did. It would probably need to not include the word 'fuck' if I did, which is why the barrier icon quote is out :/ Though I might be able to get away with it if it's censored. Possibly I will have to go with a Ticky-Box option.) Props will include a rolled-up list of characters I am 'married' to and/or have adopted. And possibly a fake computer of some sort.And maybe a "Go! Director!" flag or something.
Other options for cosplay include: Byakuya and/or Zangetsu (Bleach, Captain of the sixth and Ichigo's sword respectively) and Shikamaru (with a side order of forcing Pat to cosplay Ino, because Chris is going as Chouji and we'd all match and stuff. Except that Pat will be on staff so we'll hardly ever see her/be with her, so, moot point I guess). Both of these options involve me cuttingmore of my hair, while the Audience one does not. The Audience one would also give me an instant excuse for forcing seemingly random characters into pairing-like poses for pictures together, and would advertise me on the off-chance that I run into another fan there. Plus, yanno, there's the actually having a CFUD T-shirt part.
On that note, I'm eventually going to need my own Audience-centric icon. I'm picturing the text: "I'm CFUD Audience member # (random number goes here), and I approve of this batshit pairing and/or activity!" And I kinda want to have more than just text on the icon this time ^^a
Oh! And I finished the first part of the Paopu fruit fic. Finished meaning I got it to a point where I'm relatively okay with it and might be willing to post it online, if it weren't for the fact that it needs four more segments. Still trying to decide how I want to deal with the Destiny Island and colonization issue for the next one. It's only going to be one paragraph's worth of text in the overall fic, I'm pretty sure, but I want to do this just right. In the end, this fic is going to read more like a report or a documentary than an actual fic ¦D It's damn fun to do, though.
