Shopping babble and to-do list

I just went out shopping for clothes on my own. Someone pet me.
...Okay, no great feat in and of itself, but I still feel good about it. I'm not good at being independant, and rarely go shopping on my own, especially for things that aren't books. Needed to get a pair of black slacks (since my old pair seems to have gone missing) and a long-sleeved brightly colored shirt (I picked bright green), both of which I found without too much trouble, though I doubt the shirt sleeves will be long enough for me for long. Both of these I needed for tomorrow night, when the Quire goes to preform for the opening service of the Holy Relationships Midwest Conference. ...Belatedly, it seems I may have forgotten black socks, but I can probably borrow a pair from someone in my family. Or just buy a pair tomorrow, since they should take less time to find. Though I'll have to decide whether I want to go cloth shopping at the same time, since that may take a while. I guess it all depends on how early I get up in the morning.
Still depressed- and ill-feeling, though the latter comes and goes. More coming than going tonight. I'm pretty sure this would be the perfect opportunity to talk about the correlation of illness and depression if I knew more about it. Or was even sure that there was a link, and not just one between illness and pessimism.
Things to do tonight:
* Study for French exam tomorrow (and boy do I regret missing class on Tuesday now!)
* Write back Maggie and assure her I don't hate her
* Write back the Quire person to tell him I'll get started on the landscape version of the poster right off
* Actually work on the landscape version of the poster (not that difficult, since most of my aurora pictures are longer than they are tall in the first place)
* Double check with Mom when she has that appointment
* Work more on kiss drawings and JetZuko oneshot (three paragraphs, whoo!)
* Actually fall asleep before four in the morning
I am very much not looking forward to Friday.

Date: 2006-10-19 02:11 am (UTC)to trywriting stuffs tomorrow to cheer you up. :DFriday I'll either be (a) sitting in an auditorium for two hours while my friend has play practice, or (b) sitting at aforementioned friend's house alone (hopefully) for two hours while my friend has play practice. Either way, I'm taking my laptop, so I can write then too. ^_^

Date: 2006-10-19 02:14 am (UTC)I have an appointment with my psychiatrist at 12:45 (it'll go until two), and then one with my homework/job coach at 4:15 (unknown ending time), where we'll visit the Women's Resource Action Center to see about me possibly volunteering or just finding stuff to do. (I'm rather of the opinion that I've got enough on my plate at the moment, but I'm willing to check it out. Plus, me likey volunteering.)
