soc_puppetToldja I was gonna do a fannish thing today. Anyway.
Almost the same as that other meme down there a while ago, but this has more options :3b Gimme something to doooo!
Name a character [or pairing/threesome] and I'll give you either (a) three (or more) facts about them from my personal canon/fanon, (b) a reason he/she sucks*, (c) a reason he/she is awesomecakes, (d) three (or more) things that never happened to that character, or (e) three (or more) people that character never fell in love with and how. You pick the character; I pick the letter. I reserve the right to say, "oops, I don't know that character, please pick another."
Other options include (f) a short fic about that character/pairing or (g) a picture of that character/pairing. Because yes, I felt just that insane today.
For (b), I'm taking a value of "sucks" that basically means "frustrates me", 'cuz I am so not about the character bashing.
You can also feel free to ask me about any of my original stuff.
Any of these may or may not be adult in content, and you can make requests for them to be one way or another.

Suzuki Sonoko went tomato red and passed out with a faint squeak.
Chuckling, Kid straightened and walked past the girl, plucking the gem from where she had been guarding it. "I love fangirls."
2) "Stop right there," a young voice commanded. Kid turned slowly to face his shortest rival.
"And what can I help you with, little boy?" he asked, doing his best to dig at a known sore spot.
Conan remained unfazed. "I love you," he announced calmly.
Kid stepped back in surprise and almost fumbled the jewel he was holding. "What."
"I love you," Conan repeated. "You're everything I've ever wanted in a man and then some - charm, intelligence, grace, and not to mention a challenge. In fact, given the chance, I'd run away with you to America, where we could get married--!"
Dropping the jewel, Kid turned tail and ran like hell. "SorryI'mnotinterestedatthistimetrysomeoneelsegoodbye!" So saying, he leaped out a window and activated his hang glider, soaring out into the night.
Conan waited until the the thief was out of sight before smiling crookedly and picking up the gem with a handkerchief. "I can't believe that worked!"
3) Home at last and freshly showered, Kaito flopped inelegantly into his bed, still-damp hair clinging to his forehead. "Good heist tonight," he commented, playing a gem over his fingers like a coin. Smiling, he set the jewel down on his night stand and rolled over, pulling a blanket over his chest as he did. "G'night," he said to no one in particular.
Behind him, a ray of moonlight fell on the gem through a gap in the curtains, and it glowed faintly; she knew she would be returned shortly, polished up and with fingerprints removed, but Pandora would always have a special place in her heart for the Kaitou Kid.
...Okay, that just got more and more crack-filled as it went along o_O I'm pretty sure that Conan, at least, was somewhat out of character up there. Probably could justify it somehow, but that would take work, so. I feel out of practice...

Date: 2007-05-31 09:12 pm (UTC)1) Sonoko has never been able to keep secrets from Ran, so when she finds out who Shiho is and what she's trying to do, she decides that the best thing to do is to tie them all three closer together, create a deeper bond than she could have imagined. That is how it starts, but not how it ends up.
2) That first morning, Sonoko pretends they're going to school like usual, but instead drags a protesting Ran back to Professor Agasa's house once they're out of the Detective Boys' line of sight. Ran had never seen her friend so adamant about anything in her life, and only understands why when she talks to Ai (Shiho), who she thought was sick that day.
3) The talk is one of the longest and most intensive Shiho has ever had, before or since. It eventually involved her taking the temporary cure as a demonstration, after which Ran broke down crying for a few minutes and had to be comforted, which Shiho still wasn't very good at. With what she got out of it, though, Shiho wouldn't trade a minute of the entire excruciating morning.
4) It wasn't so much that the all lived happily ever after as that they all found a way to keep going together, and they liked that way better than any other they could think of.
X3 Any preferences as to which one, or is it dealer's choice?

Date: 2007-05-31 09:27 pm (UTC)He doesn't talk more than he has to, which means he doesn't talk very much at all. We get smaller glimpses of his character firsthand than pretty much any other character in the series because of this, and I can't really get as good a handle on his voice from it. What glimpses we do get are usually colored by Honey-senpai's presence, too.
I dunno, I guess I'm largely indifferent to Mori. SOMEONE CONVINCE ME TO LIKE HIM, I don't like not having a reason to like characters DD:

1) Go back to Kieran's hometown and have wicked awesome gay cowboy gangster adventures while attempting to put the town back together.
2) Go back to what's-his-face's old temple and hock most of the crap there :Dbbb Yay, money! (It is so rightfully Kieran's, too.)
3) You know that thing where Ash said they'd have to find a lake and get nice and pruney? YEAH. THEY DID THAT. And for the record, it was naked and hot ♥
4) Ash did a lot of completely adorable domestic cooking stuff, and Kieran played taste tester.
5) HOT GAY COWBOY SEX. Ashleigh may have even topped a few times in there, too ♥♥♥ Mmmm, switching dynamics...

1) It probably started with a class project together, or with Ai as Ayumi's tutor. And then one or the other of them started to pay more attention to her classmate than her classwork...
2) Ayumi probably had to be the first one to figure it out, and also the first one to make a move of any sort. This goes anywhere from flirting to outright seducing Ai.
3) MITSUHIKO AND GETNA SOUGHT COMFORT IN EACH OTHER'S ARMS.Real 3) Ayumi mother hens Ai all the time. "Don't stay up to late working in the lab," "Don't mix acids and bases, you know what that does," "Have you eaten today?", et cetera.
BONUS) Far too many "chemistry" puns ("They have such great chemistry together", etc) were made by Conan/Shin'ichi before Ai shoved a sock in his mouth to shut him up. Ran supported this.

Date: 2007-06-01 01:34 am (UTC)and completely grosses out a certain percentage of the population8D*1) Both the boys noticed Aoko first. This is somewhat more obvious in Kaito's case, as he knew Aoko long before he met Hakuba, but Hakuba met them both at essentially the same time.
2) Not long after their first meeting, Hakuba developed something of a crush on Kid. This he kept mostly suppressed until he realized a) that he also had something of a crush on Kaito, and b) they were probably the same person, both of which made it somewhat more okay.
3) It was probably one of the guys and Aoko who got together first, but not three weeks went by before they talked it out and snatched the other one.
4) Kaito's first kiss with Aoko was in class two or three days after they started going out, and was mostly for shock value. He was pleased to discover he liked it.
5) Hakuba's first kiss with Aoko was on their first "just them" date, within a week of the two of them starting to go out. It was probably very awkward and likely involved Aoko's father and/or Kaito listening at the door while they did, but still enjoyable.
6) Hakuba's first kiss with Kaito was near the end of a particularly frustrating heist. Hakuba had gotten a grip on Kid's wrist and Kid was about to escape, so Hakuba decided not to let him get away without 'paying' something. He did not escape teasing by the police, and Kaito had to sit through weeks of gossip about the Kid's sexuality after that until he kissed Aoko at a later heist. (This did not make the gossip go away, but it did make it somewhat more accurate at least.)
7) Their collective first time was after a different heist, where Kaito came frighteningly close to making a fatal mistake. It was somewhat desperate and very messy, but helped them all reaffirm that everyone was okay and not going anywhere thank-you-very-much.
...Wow, that got long o_O *should really start writing for them or something*

Date: 2007-06-01 07:10 pm (UTC)1) Renji sympathizes very easily with animals, large and small especially dogs, lol 8D. Unfortunately, this doesn't always go both ways; he has a scar on his left forearm from where a dog bit him when he was sneaking around where he shouldn't have back in his alley days. Not that Renji blamed the dog; in fact, on later occasions, if one looked closely enough, he could be seen sneaking back to where he was bitten to see if the dog was willing to play with him. He was very sad when it eventually left. Someday, he wants to have his own house with at least three large friendly dogs to pal around with and wrestle.
2) Renji is kinda surprised that high school work isn't as hard as he thought it would be. This doesn't mean he doesn't study, though, just that he's willing to blow it off if something more important comes up.
3) Renji is totally digging on a lot of the mortal world's conveniences, especially food and music related. He's currently trying to think of a way to sneak a CD/MP3 and computer back with him - he doubts any food would last very long, but he's already planned to linger long enough to pick up one of his favorite snack foods every time he gets an assignment in the mortal world once his current task is over.
I wanted to do something with the tattoos too, but I couldn't think of anything ^^a Oh, well.

2) Murder mysteries aren't really Kaito's thing, especially since one of his 'hobbies' is practically dedicated to solving one his father was involved in, and bringing those behind it to justice. Since half the times he meets Shin'ichi something leads up to one he's gotten a little better at dealing with them, but he'll never like them, never enjoy them.
3) It takes a while for Shin'ichi to put two and two together, mostly because he never wants to suspect his friends of anything illegal, less still people he might actually kinda sorta love somewhat. Kaito would like to think it's a testament to his ability, but he knows better.
What surprises Kaito the most about the whole situation is that Shin'ichi is willing to listen.
