TigerDirect.com has color laser printers available for under three hundred dollars. Considering: 1000 pages printed per set of toner cartridges; three color cartridges needed (+ one black cartridge?) at something like $70/cartridge; six badges per sheet of badge paper. That gets you a total of about $580 for six thousand badges. We probably won't even use half that number for next year's AI, hopeful thinking aside. That said, ultra bargain Y/N/M?

Also number one! I, uh, may be getting a part-time cleaning job in the next few days. Which could potentially pay for home internet for me and then some. I'm not betting on it, and there's still bus driving as a possible back-up (though not 'til November/December), but still. Hope springs eternal.

Be advised that, while some people have had no problems and like Tiger Direct's prices, some others seem to feel that Tiger Direct is the marketing outlet of Satan, particularly if you need to return something. I've never dealt with them, myself. You may wish to consider researching them a bit before you spend money with them.
