...Okay, I'm calling it. It's been at least four days and maybe up to six that I've been inexplicably angry at/with the world and snapping at people for no reason. I figured it might just be because I'm getting through the "anger" stage of grieving and just misdirecting my frustration, but that could well not be the case. If it goes on for another week and a half, I'll have to assume that it's SAD/my medication dose isn't high enough/something similarly chemical. LONG STORY SHORT: If I snap at you in the next few weeks/have snapped at you in the past few days, DON'T WORRY. It's NOTHING PERSONAL, I'm sure.

Unless you're in my anime club and are either just socially inept or seem to have a gigantic hate-on for characters in general (something I can't stand, especially when they seem to have the need to share it at least once per meeting (when character X shows up)). I want to enjoy anime club more, I really do, but I kinda have the feeling that a good 40% of the attendees are ...not of my preferred maturity level, shall we say. And 40% of a group can really drag the rest of the stats down, as Terry Pratchett well knows. So if we lost a significant portion of the people, or maybe made the setting somewhat more comfortable (a series of tables and chairs does not a comfy anime viewing room make), I would be happier. But it's not gonna happen, and in the interest of watching anime without having to download it myself, pretending to be social, and getting free snack foods, I'm putting up with people. (Also, with some of the anime choices. Most notably School Rumble, which I've found nothing like so interesting as Revolutionary Girl Utena, or even Keroro Gunsou, thus far.)

On a different note, the library needs to finish processing those three copies of Starcross already so I can check one of them out for the express purpose of reading. Wanna know what happens with Art and Myrtle and Jack and everyone! It's been tooo looooong!

Edit: Query at ratties has good humor temporarily restored. They want to know what? XD I feel totally immature and I love it.

Edit 2: Almost out of tiiiime, put a Magic Kaito fic up here if anyone's interested. Gen, Hallowe'en-y, worried about everything at the moment.

*hugs* I was lucky. It was common knowledge in our club that anything watched was fair game to be heckled. We would make witty comments based on what was just said or the situation (I'll never forget one of the last episodes of Last Exile, ask me if you really want to know, I'd be happy to share). I thank God for how laid back my anime club was (kind of was mine the last year, I was secratary/vice pres).

I wish we could get together and watch anime. It'd be a whole lot of good fun. (I can't use the word clean, I really can't. XDDD )

Witty I'm good with! Derogatory just kinda gets to me after a while :/ S-sigh. Unfortunately, I may be the one who takes things too seriously in my group ^^a In which case, the correct solution probably would be to just leave the club be so they could enjoy themselves better.
