Yes indeed. I hear rumors that Fennekin's third stage might be Fire/Psychic, though? Which makes me want a Fennekin even more than I already did. XD
"Nuzlocke" was actually a joke on the first person who published a comic of their run online. It uses two voluntary rules.
1: You may catch only the first Pokemon you encounter on any given route. If you knock it out or it runs, you're out of luck.
2: If a Pokemon faints, it's dead and may not be used any more.
I've been playing with further rules:
- All caught Pokemon get names and
- Any Pokemon that appears on the map may be caught in addition.
This makes for a harder game and a very different experience. So far I've been enjoying mine, though I've lost three Pokemon.
