The second I thought of the pun, I knew I had to make it happen. And then the heart-shaped bottles were just way too perfect for it.

If you ever want to give crochet another go, I'd be more than happy to offer advice :) Of course, since your friend actually teaches classes, I'm not sure how much more help I'd be, but the offer remains. Anyway, good luck with felting! Don't poke yourself too hard; those needles are a lot pointier than most crochet hooks.
