So I played "Do I Have Aspergers Syndrome?" Bingo the other day with this card*, and I checked off over two thirds of it.
I think my prize is self-diagnosis.
* The last column especially has problems with heterocentrism and cissexism, though the whole thing is pretty bad in that respect. And a few others, TBH, but I was slightly desperate, since my current psychiatrist apparently doesn't know the difference between Aspergers and Autism, nor that girls/women frequently present differently than boys/men. "Look up gifted and talented resources!" she told me. "I think you'll find the answers you're looking for there!" I think I have an e-mail or two to write.

Date: 2015-12-06 10:01 am (UTC)Honestly, half of why I wanted a diagnosis was so I could have a starting point to begin learning more. And my current psychiatrist flat-out told me that I'm "too smart" to be Autistic, so...
