Pronoun Trouble

Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria can kick my butt hard when I've worked really hard on something and not everyone seems to appreciate it, especially when it gets "less attention" than something I love just as much and worked just as hard on. So making sure I really do love my fics regardless and write for myself first actually works for me, though perhaps not for the reasons the people who usually give that advice are thinking of.

I definitely believe that love and passion can really shine through a person's work, though; including yourself in your audience helps on multiple levels :3b
