soc_puppetOpinion: Chewing gum is highly underrated.
Silicone chews are also great, but I personally find them much less satisfying than something smaller and squishier that I can move around my mouth more. And if I want to orally stim but am not hungry, those are basically my two best options.
Also, as a chubby person, anyone who doesn't like to see me chewing things is going to compare me to a cow anyway; I may at least TRY to listen to my body and respect its needs.
